Raw earth from specific geological sites undergoes meticulous washing and de-airing, preparing the iron-rich stoneware body for throwing.

Each vessel is shaped on a slow wheel, allowing the clay's natural movement to dictate the subtle, organic asymmetry of its form.

Hand-mixed mineral oxide slips are applied, anticipating the complex sancai glazes and surface textures that emerge from the kiln.

Pieces are fired in a wood-reduction kiln chamber, where atmospheric conditions and flame interaction yield unique glaze runoff and patina.
